1. Who we are

Minutes Guides sells downloadable digital guides. Support: hello@minutesguides.com or Contact.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and able to form a binding contract to purchase. If you use the site on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization.

3. Accounts and admin access

Everyday customers do not need an account to buy. Administrator access, if any, is restricted to authorized operators and must not be shared.

4. Products and descriptions

We sell digital PDF files and related downloadable content. Product pages describe the intended content and format. We try to keep descriptions accurate, but samples, previews, and marketing copy are illustrative. Digital products may be updated over time for corrections or clarity; unless we say otherwise, purchase includes access to the version available at the time of fulfillment.

5. Pricing and taxes

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and are set by us before payment. We may change prices for future purchases at any time. You are responsible for any applicable taxes not collected at checkout, unless required otherwise by law.

6. Orders and payment

Placing an order is an offer to buy the selected digital product(s). We may refuse or cancel an order if fraud is suspected, payment fails, or the product cannot be fulfilled. Payment is processed by Stripe. By paying, you confirm you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

7. Delivery of digital content

After successful payment, we provide access to download the purchased PDF(s) on the confirmation/delivery experience and, when email delivery is configured, by email. Delivery is digital only—no physical shipment. Download links may expire, be rate-limited, or require the original purchase email for security. Keep your confirmation details safe; we are not responsible for loss caused by sharing your download links.

Because fulfillment begins immediately after payment, you expressly request immediate performance of digital content and acknowledge that you may lose any statutory “cooling-off” / withdrawal right that would otherwise apply once download access is provided, to the extent permitted by law. 8. License (what you may and may not do)

When you purchase a guide, Minutes Guides grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use the PDF for your own household or personal professional use.

You may not, without our prior written permission:

• Resell, rent, sublicense, or publicly redistribute the files
• Upload the PDFs to public share sites, course platforms, or marketplaces
• Remove branding, copyright, or attribution notices
• Use the content to train public AI models for redistribution of our guides
• Copy substantial portions into other commercial products

All intellectual property in the guides and site remains with Minutes Guides or its licensors.

9. Educational content disclaimer

Our guides are for general educational and practical informational purposes only. They are not medical, nutritional, legal, financial, or other professional advice. You are responsible for how you use the information, including ingredient choices, allergies, household needs, and local regulations. Always use your own judgment and consult qualified professionals when needed.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, including by attempting to:

• Interfere with security, checkout, or download systems
• Access private files or other customers’ orders without authorization
• Scrape the site aggressively or overload our infrastructure
• Use the site for unlawful, deceptive, or abusive activity

11. Refunds and cancellations

Digital purchases are subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

12. Optional add-ons and bundles

Some checkouts may offer optional companion products. Add-ons are only charged if selected (or left selected) before you confirm payment. Each purchased item is licensed under Section 8.

13. Third-party services

Checkout, hosting, analytics (if enabled), and email delivery may be provided by third parties. Their terms and privacy policies apply to their services.

14. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and digital products are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that downloads will be uninterrupted or error-free on every device.

15. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Minutes Guides and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for that purchase. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those places, our liability is limited to the maximum extent allowed.

16. Indemnity

You agree to defend and indemnify Minutes Guides against claims arising from your misuse of the products, violation of these Terms, or infringement of someone else’s rights—except to the extent caused by our willful misconduct.

17. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance, except where additional consent is required by law.

18. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country apply and cannot be waived.
