Digital Delivery Policy

1. No physical shipping

We do not ship printed books or physical goods. All purchases are fulfilled as downloadable files. There are no shipping fees, carriers, or delivery addresses for the product itself.

2. When you receive access

After Stripe confirms successful payment, we create download access for the purchased item(s). You can usually download immediately from the order confirmation / success page. If transactional email is configured, we may also send a confirmation message with access instructions to the email used at checkout.

3. Download security

• Download links may expire after a short time for security
• Access may be limited by rate or entitlement rules
• Private PDF files are not publicly listed

Keep your confirmation email and download page private. Sharing links may allow others to use your purchase and is not permitted under our Terms of Service.

4. Delivery problems

If payment succeeded but you cannot download the file, contact hello@minutesguides.com with your order email and approximate purchase time. We will help restore access or, if the file is defective, apply our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Updates

Unless a product page says otherwise, purchase includes the digital version available at fulfillment. We may fix typos or clarity issues in files over time; we do not guarantee continuous free upgrades to entirely new editions.
